I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jhagroo and his office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was a lack of basic courtesy and communication, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Dr. Jhagroo himself came across as cold and disrespectful. He did not take the time to properly listen to my concerns and seemed rushed and uninterested in answering questions. I felt talked over rather than heard, and my concerns were minimized instead of being addressed with care and professionalism. A medical office should make patients feel respected and supported, especially when they are already vulnerable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, patient-centered care. Overall 0/5 stars

Dr Jhagroo is very detailed and straight forward, I had the pleasure to meet him last Saturday, his staff was excellent in answering all my questions and helping me understand my issue better, except one person; the lady that checks you in at the front desk is rude and obnoxious, not even a “good morning”, she was like let me have your insurance card and ID and “HAVE A SEAT” I proceed to open the glass window to give her my ID and insurance and she shouted, LIKE SHOUTED “WHO TOLD YOU TO OPEN THE GLASS” and she slammed it back shut. As I saw down and observed her, I notice that she is being very rude and arrogant to all female patients and she is speaking nicely to the males, which is extremely bias, as the face of the office, she set a very bad reputation for the entire office. People if you go to Dr. Jhagroo , he is a very good doctor, but please BE AWARE OF THAT FRONT DESK LADY!

George Jhagroo is a very disrespectful doctor, he doesn't care about treating his patients and only cares about money. Very disrespectful man, he is a doctor for the wrong reasons he's doesn't help his patients, he’s very disrespectful and unprofessional yelling at my mom and threaten her.

I have read all the reviews on Dr. George Jhagroo. I have been a patient of his for over two decades. I am very meticulous in my choices of doctors, and I am indeed a demanding, difficult patient. (Who isn't when ill?) However, I am extremely pleased with this doctor's service. From his front office staff, to the technicians, to the doctor--all of them are courteous and understanding. I am so happy that they are providing top notch service. Dr. Jhagroo understands the importance of every single call he makes in every single case. He never treats any patient lightly. He listens, understands and serves. That's the best anyone can do. I am sorry if you do not share these sentiments, but I beg that you kindly take a look at your review again. I do not ask that you take it down, of course, because that's your choice. All I ask is that you be fair to a doctor who has served our community with care and distinction throughout the years.

I had a terrible experience with Dr George Jhagroo yesterday. I went to CityMD for suture-removal on my finger, it healed pretty well since I took antibiotic. He opened the door with his gloves on already, he didn't say anything just asked how many stitches? Then he removed them very rough. The stitches sticked to the skin, he WAS SUPPOSED to PRESS down the skin with one tool in the left hand to AVOID REOPENING the wound, and pull the suture with the forceps in his right hand. Instead, he let my hand hung in the air, he pulled the suture very rough and reopened my wound and made it bleed, I was screaming due to the pain. He was icy cold just said:"What could I do?", after he opened the wound he said it didnt heal well which was not true, then left the room. He is a horrible, unprofessional and uncaring doctor, you should avoid him by all means!
