Felt very uncomfortable with this doctor. His equipment did not seem properly sanitized and he cut my ear cleaning wax. The secretary also argued with me about my payment, to the point that I had to call my insurance in front of her.

Horribly run operation. They don’t salute their parents time or know how to communicate well. Certainly going to be finding better quality care in NYC.

My husband was in severe pain from his ear. Dr. George was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was patient and didn’t rush the process. What the veterans hospital couldn’t fix in hours, Dr. George resolved in minutes. He has all the necessary tools and it’s clear he truly enjoys his profession. Plus, he speaks multiple languages! We are extremely happy we chose to see him. The place is clean and everybody is kind .

I’ve been going to Dr. Braun since I was a baby. He was my ENT surgeon and always been following up with him since then. He’s the best ENT specialist that I’ve had by far. Coming back to him again because my old insurance wasn’t in network with him in the past but thankfully my new one is in network.

Careful and caring doctor, pleasant and professional secretary, short wait after arrival to see the doctor, he still writes his prescriptions on the NYS form and not call in electronically that prevents rare mistakes and some confusion that occasionally happens.
