Unaccommodating office staff has client commute 1+ hour for appointment they allege was for different time, but provides neither email, call, or text service as record of such. Does not assist client in rescheduling or allow for telemedicine despite clear lack of logistical tools. Schedule at your own risk. Additionally staff appears to be very unfamiliar with insurance coverage, asking client if insurance is taken at their office, which is normally verified in the opposite manner. There are less professional offices around, but once your at rock bottom you’re going to need a shovel to find them.
