Couldn't ask for a better family doctor. I've taken my parents there for the past 10 years. Never have i ever had a problem. Staff is courteous and extremely helpful! Dr. Nano is amazing!!! Highly recommend if you want a MD to look after your loved ones with the highest care and professionalism.

My experience at Illyria Clinic was HORRIBLE!!. I waited a very long time to be called by Dr. Nano which she wasn't attending anyone at the moment and had a full line of patients waiting. When I got seen by Dr.Nano she got very personal into my issue and prescribed me the WRONG medication. The nurse that attended me was Elona Simoni she did not know anything about her position which she was an RN. She even gave the WRONG vaccine to my child and bruised his arm taking blood. The other PCA Nicoletta Kolaj, switched the bloods tubes from two different patients. If I can give this zero stars I would, its horrible. DO NOT GO HERE, they don't have any experience in this field!

I love Jacobi hospital but I’m very disappointed with the Insider Albanian clinic , is definitely hard to explain years of experience with all the team “mostly “ , I use to be patient of dr Evja Alikaj Nano for a little time and at the 1st she paid attention of what I was going through but just after 3-4 visits after she was ignoring me my questions and I felt little embarrassed as well from her questions and speeches, God I can’t forget that, thinking that we’re Albanians and we can understand better each other but what the hek , I don’t need it , I speak 4 different languages , why do I need her disrespecting me my personality and not being helpful anyway, she was to busy with her 3/4 other cellphones in her desk ! I decided to change my dr , and I did ! Maybe I don’t go very often to see the dr but when I need I’m happy to be seeing dr Elisabeth Reed , she's there for me , to listen and help me in what I need and make me feel Good she’s very trustworthy And I’m happy I did left dr Nano , she made so many mistakes with my mother and my aunt , my mother no longer sees her but my aunt is forced because of her Tight English language & i’m so sorry I’ve to work to follow her in her apt somewhere else , I hope someone takes me seriously because I called and complained about this dr everywhere but this is my lest attempt to tell people to stay away from dr NANO for giving wrong meds and Wrong practitioner . As a dr shouldn’t ask my mother if she want to take meds for pancreas, once she doesn’t have pancreas health problem!!!!! Valentina Necaj & Nikoleta Kola as PCA & Elona Simoni doing translations (non authorized translators ) as well a huge mistake practicing their needles on my mother in law wrong way , given her antibiotics for 3 weeks for PCA Valentina, is this allowed actually, I’m sure not . I don’t know what but I wasn’t there and my sister in law is a very quiet girl To request information,we are not in Albania , dr Ross omg almost forgot him the dr Nano best friend (something fishy besides) Elona Simoni Rn in a group with the up named a huge messy place !!!! I’m hoping the hospital to remove all the Albanians from iliria clinic we need only translators for our parents $ grandparents someone to protect them save them help them with the right medication and petitioners . I’ve spoken to many of my people and we decided not to come anymore at the clinic if we need we will go to emergency room, we’re sure we will be take of care In the best way . PLEASE TAKE THiS GARBAGE OUT FROM HERE,WE NEED REAL DOCTORS.

I’ve had a lovely experience at this clinic. Dr.Nano was very welcoming and caring regarding my concerns and questions. The care towards patients is very good at this place. Overall great place and wonderful doctor.

Worst doctors office I ever been in my life , everything takes forever , the workers Nd nurses are very disrespectful , and the doctor doesn’t care to work or take care of her patients!!
