Doctor Breth is awesome. Considerate, informative and great bed side manner. His staff is second to none. The girls are all pleasant and helpful. Trish is a delight. Always ready to help you with a smile. My surgery went great. I have already recommended him to several friends.

I have pain swelling , Burning and discoloration in my third toe sense October 9, 2020 after Dr. Evans Breth did a Debridement with biopsy on my Forth toe and cut it shorter than what it was he never told me he was going to do a Debridement and cut my toe shorter and cut my tendon I found out he did all of that after putting the word debridement on YouTube and that's how I found out the definition of debridement. He never once disclosed the fact he would be cutting my toe. All that was stated was he would do a biopsy. Only after spending 6 days in the hospital and went home I saw that my toe was significantly shorter than what it was after I removed the bandage. I was never told in the hospital that my toe was cut. The only thing they said was that the procedure that took place was causing all of my pain.

I would give zero stars if I could. The doctor and office staff are incompetent. They were "nice," as other reviews attest to, however they made a series of serious medical and clerical errors. You can read on for specifics, or just not go there. We made an appointment with him because our regular podiatrist was away and my daughter had an ingrown toenail that became infected. The doctor dug into her toe to rip it out without local anesthetic and without any warning. That was the best part of the experience. The office said they called in antibiotics to a specific pharmacy. Two hours later, we go to pick it up and learn that the pharmacy never received the prescription. So we call back the office. After another hour, we the pharmacy called us that they received a prescription, but the dose prescribed is FIFTY TIMES the appropriate dose, and they would not fill it without speaking to the doctor (props to the pharmacist of Walgreens on Ave U!). The saga continued another couple of hours until the pharmacy was able to contact the doctor and get a medically appropriate prescription. By then my poor, tortured child had passed out from pain and exhaustion and I had to wake her up to give her the meds she should have had hours before. The next morning I get a call from the office staff stating that they "forgot" to take some of my information and needed it to process the bill to insurance. I guess no one there does their job right the first time. The next 3-4 weeks my daughter continued to complain about her toe and the pain. I told her it would heal with time. It looked aesthetically terrible, but it wasn't infected. After another couple of weeks, the pain was still there so I took her to see my regular podiatrist. His first words upon seeing her toe were "this is a mess." Not only was it a physical hack job, but Dr. Breth left a piece of the ingrown nail inside the toe. So the poor child gets cut open again and another round of antibiotics. At least this time she had an anesthetic, and I know it was done correctly. But it certainly should never have been this way.

Dr. Breth was great! It was the first appointment and I liked him immediately. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing a local podiatrist.

The staff and doctor was very much on point. Dr. Breth after the initial examination explained everything clearly and for my first visit, it was very refreshing to have a doctor that took time to thoroughly explain his findings and where we are going.
