My husband has retinitis pigmentosa and has been under Dr. Feinman's care for many years now. After the doctor did my Husband's successful cataract operation my husband developed Posterior capsular opacification. Upon the initial request to the insurance company for approval, it was denied. Dr. Feinman took the time and spoke to the insurance company for an appeal and was denied again. After five months later my husbands sight was worse and Dr. Feinman once again took the time to talk to the insurance company. Only then was it approved. The laser surgery was a success.
