It's incredibly inconsiderate of you, Doctor, to have the entire community waiting in this office from 9:00 AM when you don't arrive until 12:00 or 1:00 PM. Your audacity is so blatant that even the nurses and staff are embarrassed to tell us the doctor is late. It's unacceptable to normalize this. The community is loyal, and the least you can do is respect their time.

We've been waiting in this office since 9:00 am just for results. The office is full of patients, and this is the time the doctor is finally arriving to see them all, spending the entire day in this office packed with sick people. It's incredibly inconsiderate of you, Doctor, to have the entire community in this office since 9:00 am when you don't arrive until 12:00 or 1:00 pm. The community is loyal, and the least you can do is respect their time. My mother will definitely be one less patient of yours, and her complaint is being filed.

The Grand Concourse office opens at 9am. The receptionist begins checking in patients in order of arrival at 10am, and Dr. Eliscer Guzman arrives at 1pm. We must be considerate and respectful of each and every patient. I think the waiting time and the overall administration are very unfair and disorganized.

Those people never answer the phone, and if you leave a message, they never call back. The service from the secretary is terrible. She only answers the phone when she feels like it.

Elderly people have to wait practically a whole day to be seen. It's not fair. And they're very disorganized.
