Good doctor - thorough, explains things and am comfortable with his evaluation and explanation. Unfortunately, his office staff is another thing. It is basically a patient mill. The receptionist is never available and rarely returns calls. I have never called and not got the answering service. The office is on the penthouse level, and you cannot arrive early (as elevator will not go there until someone is in the office). Came many times and could not get to office. Doctor administered eye drops to patients in the waiting area (even first-time patients), which is not standard medical practice. Limited hours (Tu,WF 11-5 only). After having them cancel my appointment, I could not rebook after three attempts (including a fourth time physically going to the office). After many attempts, I gave up and went to another retina specialist. Do NOT recommend.

Great at explaining any eye issues. This doctor takes his time and really cares about his patients.
