They will call, email and text about appointment reminders, but send only a letter to cancel an appointment that you receive the day before the appointment. So I've already wasted a day off work to bring my parent to the doctor. Called to reschedule. And got hung up on mid sentence when asking if they could please put a note in to text or call next time an appointment gets canceled.

Dr. Fagan has been my primary care Dr. for over 20 years. He saved my life in 2005 when I had congestive heart failure and no health insurance. He cared about me and not about the insurance or $. He’s helped with my depression and when I needed it he recommended going to a local therapist associated with the Bradley Center that was available at that time. He truly cares about his patients. If you do what he tells you to do and take your medications etc. and are “compliant”, he’s going to help you. If you don’t listen and don’t follow the healthcare plan he gives you then of course that’s not his fault. I hope he doesn’t retire any time soon! He’s going to be very hard to replace!

I have a close family member that has him as their primary doctor. This man only cares about money and his young wife. The family member has mention many times about their depression and instead of counseling her about ways to she can handle and recommend a therapist she go to locally. He just brushes her off like she is Looney. Also, when she tells him bout her constant pain, he just treats her like she's a pull addict which isn't true at all. I hear the pain she is in constantly and the depression she is constantly fighting and it makes me sick we put money in this man's account. Finding a new doctor asap. I recommend you to look elsewhere. This place only cares about money and nno the people.

Quite surprised by the first review. I also have depression issues and Dr. Fagan has been very kind about it. Hoping the person gets the help they need. Depression is a terrible thing.

My husband has been seeing Dr Fagan for about 3 yrs he say Dr.Fagan is a great doctor we would recommend him to anyone.
