My partner and I got our vaccine shots here. The office was clean with friendly staff at the front desk. The appointment was pretty easy to book - I submitted my documents and they called to confirm the date and time I wanted. The doctor was efficient and had great bedside manners - any nervousness I had went away pretty quickly. He was patient and answered all our questions about the vaccine. There wasn’t much wait at all. If you get it here, account for the waiting period after you get any shot. I think they’re still pretty old school with documents like most doctor’s office so don’t be put off by their janky website and 90’s logo design lol.

Love this place!! I would highly recommend Total Foot and Ankle Care to everyone. Dr Christopher chow is the BEST!!! Well I have only saw him so can’t say much for the other doctors in there I’m sure they are great too. My experience with him and his team has always been awesome. From arrival to finish. I’ve been going to see him since like 3 years and I recommend everyone to go there. They are Very clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I recommended to go always has something positive to say about it. Trust me you wont regret it they are the BEST. Thank you for everything you do Dr Christopher Chow!!

This is my 3rd time seeing Dr Chow for my foot problem. His staff is very friendly I had no problem at all.. Had this horrible pain under my foot and he was a professional treating. He suggested treatments that helped tremendously. He has great bed side manners, very professional, patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. And over all he's down to earth. Love that. Thank you Dr Chow for your help. I definitely recommend him to others

*update* The office manager reached out to me and was very helpful. It means a lot when your frustrations are addressed in a constructive manner. Doctor was nice but i got to the office 15 minutes earlier (which is customary for a new patient) and the front desk employee opened the door and huffed and puffed in my face. Seemed annoyed that I came 15 minutes early. Also, they charged a 5% surcharge fee when using a credit card to pay for visit. They should have told me when I made the appointment so I could come with cash if that was the case. Paying 5% extra on top of the $150 office visit plus xrays, ultrasound, and aspiration procedure would come out to a lot especially when people are financially struggling in a pandemic. Which is why i opted not to do those extra tests. I'm sure they make extra short term charging the surcharge but in the long run patients will not come back.

I saw Christopher chow for pain issues. My bunion was causing me pain and my callus as well. Also my toe was bent over to the side. I knew what I was getting myself into. I knew I would be on crutches and recovering for months. I had no issues with that. So we made a plan to do surgery to correct the issue. We agreed we would do one foot at a time. I took X-Rays. I also advised him that I take medicine for my mental health and diabetes. After he got the results to my X-ray we talked about the surgery. I remember asking him has he done this surgery to others and he said yes. So then I went to my PCP and got a medical clearance. My surgery was set for April 5th. I was excited. I had everything planned. My insurance approved the surgery. then on April 3ard he called me and said he will postpone the surgery. He said I needed a medical clearance from a cardiologist since I have a history of chest pain and from my therapist. My therapist told me this was a red flag for her because she said therapist and psychiatrist don't write medical clearance. My therapist told me the doctor could easily look up to see if the antibiotics interacts with my current medication but my psychiatrist sent one anyways. Cool one down and two more to go. I had my endocrinologist fax over my recent A1C. then today I saw a new cardiologist. I gave her the referral. She did EKG and heart ultrasound. she gave me medical clearance because she felt like everything was fine. Dr chow also told me I never told him about my mental illness but I told him at the beginning I take medicine for them. I went in to Dr chows office and told him everything and that everything was faxed over so I'm ready to go for surgery in May. Then he gave me bad news. He told me he looked at the X-ray and said he couldn't do it but I thought he could since that's what he told me. He said he's done this surgery to other patients. He said he can't meet my expectations and won't do the surgery. I went back and forth while in pain getting medical clearance and seeing different doctors for him to say this to me. Now I have to start the whole process over with a new doctor. My therapist told me this was suspicious to her. I have an Appointment with a new podiatrist in Bellevue. the reason why I liked Dr chow because he was good at keeping in touch and calling me giving me updates. I don't like how he wasted my time with all this. The reason why I gave 4 stars it's because he's a very good communicator and it's easy to contact him and reach his office. Now when I go to Bellevue I have to start this process again especially taking X-Rays of my feet.
