Love Dr. Andrews. She's patient, understanding, very knowledgeable & her bedside manner is awesome. Very easy to talk to her & she responds well. I like the fact if I need to see the doc right away, they allow walk-ins but I suggest you get there at 9am. I don't know when the cut off is. Great start as well!

I really like Dr. Andrews. She's been my PCP for a couple years now & every visit that I've had with her has been great. She has excellent bed side manner, is super down to earth & relatable. She is very patient. . .a great listener & she always takes her time to make sure I thoroughly understand everything & answers all my questions, no matter how many I ask. I also like the convenience of being able to be seen at the different locations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physician.

I have not had a good experience since Dr. Andrews has not been available. Always, there is a PA. I have been so disappointed that for the past two years I was not able to see my doctor. I go to this doctor for her professional expertise, The front desk staff is lost. I got referral to a place that no longer exists. I think the PA should only be there to help the doctor instead of playing doctor. I honestly will be looking for another doctor if I cannot see this doctor any longer. I will certainly miss her when I leave. I am leaving two stars because the service is no longer the same. I am sure many of us prefer to see her face in the place.

Dr. Charlene Andrews is a very nice doctor. However, the offices charges a separate fee for getting back your test results and if you need a follow-up test ........GOOD LUCK !! I have been trying to get an MRI for a month . Anishka tries to be helpful , but this requires the Physician Asst or doctor to write the proper referral required by the insurance company. It should not take over 15 calls to get the tests I need and I am a lucky one with insurance. So much for supporting local business.

The Doctor, PA, & staff are all wonderful! It's a pleasure when visiting. They make you feel comfortable, always have a smile and the want time is not bad at all! They follow up via phone if need be and all. I was referred and pleased with Mt decision to try them out. Referring my while family now!
