I am writing to express my sincere satisfaction with my recent visit with Dr. Bernstein. I was extremely impressed with his kind, warm gentleness and the time he took to explain every detail. His calm and reassuring demeanor made sure I understood every aspect of the visit, his positive attitude and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. I am so happy to have finally found a doctor I can trust and know I am in good hands with. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, and I have nothing but 5 stars plus for the entire experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I can’t really give a review of the doctor, because I never actually got to see him. First appointment, when I got there, I was told he wasn’t in. They asked if I had received a text, to which I responded that I had not. They said a lot of people were having that problem, and took my information again, telling me that Someone would call me to reschedule. Never got a call. I went back, in person and was given another appointment. When I got there, they told me my appointment was for a different date. I pulled up the text showing them that I was indeed at the right place at the right time . So they agreed to see me. My appointment was at 3:45 PM. At 5:15 PM, I had had enough, and canceled. I’m not going to put up with that. Absolutely incompetent staff. Ridiculous.

Dr. Bernstein is the old fashion really competent Jewish doctor that you've been looking for. He always gives me plenty of time during my appointments. When I called the office, a few minutes, Dr. Bernstein called me right back. Highly recommend him.

The Office is managed horribly. The person at the desk is unable to manage the office, rude and not capable of running this doctor's office. The office wait time is over 2 hours and this is always, not an isolated occurence. The Dr. may very well be a great doctor but the wait time is incredibly long. They want your co-pay and that seems to be their only focus. I strongly recommend finding a doctor with efficient office management and not just some flunky to answer the phones. If you feel you deserve to be treated well - do not go to this office!

Dr. Bernstein is an excellent doctor who thoroughly explains everything to me in a step-by-step manner. Additionally, his front desk receptionist is consistently helpful and diligently follows up with reminders for follow-up appointments.
