Dr Daniel is a very nice man, but his staff are terrible. I have been trying to make an appointment for a general checkup and I have been forever waiting, no appointments and no one calls you back for an appointment, really sucks! Time to find an other Doctor.

Google review (V A (Nessa)): I am giving this review 5 Stars because my experience with Dr.Daniel is beyond what words can describe he has taken care of my mother for years and is an exemplary model of what all doctors should exhume however my recent experience at Dr. Daniel's office was unfortunately marred by the behavior of a third party hired -desk clerk Faria who does not mirror the high standards of Dr.Daniel and who seemed woefully misinformed about basic medical procedures and legal regulations. When I politely inquired if my mother could skip ahead in line due to feeling unwell, she watched as my mom vomit in her chair not offering assistance, thankfully there were patients in the waiting area who cared to help. The clerk abruptly stated that it would constitute a HIPAA violation of letting my mom pass to see her doctor. This response was not only baffling but also entirely inaccurate. I think , my mom should of been immediately seen , if anything by an MA to ensure that she was okay. Firstly, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) primarily pertains to the privacy and security of medical information, and asking to skip ahead in line does not involve disclosing any sensitive data. Secondly, the clerk attempted to justify our early arrival by mentioning ambulance pickup times, insinuating that we were somehow in the wrong for being at the appointment only one hour early. This explanation lacked coherence and relevance to our situation. Moreover, the clerk's dismissive attitude and lack of empathy only compounded the frustration of an already stressful situation. Instead of providing helpful guidance or reassurance, her uninformed statements only served to exacerbate our concerns and create unnecessary tension. In summary, while I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Daniel and his medical team, the professionalism and knowledge exhibited by certain staff members, particularly this desk clerk, leave much to be desired. It is my hope that the office management takes steps to ensure that all staff members are adequately trained and informed to provide competent and compassionate service to patients and their families.

My dad and I have been patients here for over 5 years.. Dr. Cary is very pleasant, patient, and nice. I can't say the same for front desk. In person and over the phone they are very rude and don't seem to care to help.

Going to Dr. Cary Daniel’s office is a nightmare. Unfortunately, I returned twice more out of convenience but regretted each time. Anita, the receptionist is the first face you see and you can’t wash your eyes of her attitude. She makes people feel little. I have a graduate degree and am well-traveled and still she made me feel stupid and uninformed. I felt worse for an older Haitian woman who repeated her question to Anita only for Anita to repeat, “Have a seat and wait for your name to be called.” There is no hospitality and no respect for people’s levels understanding. If you continue to try to get an understanding of how the office works, she will result to ignoring you. I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Cary Daniel himself, other than he’s made bad decisions in having staff like Anita. The office manager, Monique, is no better. I asked Anita to refund my co-payment and instead of Anita saying, “One moment, I’ll call the manager,” she simply picked up the phone made an announcement for Monique to come to the front and continued to type on the computer – no acknowledgement for me. Monique arrived and didn’t ask me to explain the situation or anything. She didn’t care that a patient was upset with the service or anything. Like a robot, she simply asked, “What is your phone number?” Anita continued to mumble under her breath and no one told her to stop. There is no professionalism. I wanted to see this doctor because he is a Black man and many have recommended him. But to get to him, I will not go through disrespectful, unprofessional and unhappy staff.
