Yes at one point they were not picking up their phones but that problem has been fixed they would get very busy. I find that they are polite helpful they’ve never been rude with me. Dr. Carmen Cardona, cares for her patients listens to her patience she gives good referrals to see other doctors. The office has improved.

This office has last receptionist. Always letting the answering service pick up and never returning a patients phone call. Until you show up in their office and they are not doing anything. Especially the jasmine girl up front. Dr Cardona should really get new people to work for her. Waiting a month now for a referral fax to a specialist that she said she sent and the specialist never received. Horrible service and I’m looking for a new doctor who is really going to care for her patients. Do NOT go to that office.

It's been two weeks and I've been trying to get in touch for the results of my blood work. I get connected to a separate office that takes my message to contact the clinic and then I don't hear back. It's also pretty outdated to not have an app and an easy access to all your reports and vaccines. I won't be keeping this office for my primary care in the future.

This is the WORST doctor. I have followed up and made 11 calls- they all go to a call centre and she hasnt called back once. She doesnt have an app, there is no way to see reports and it's impossible to contact her if you're traveling. This is most definitely the worst clinic I have been to in my life and would highly NOT recommend it.

ok I just started out with this doctor and already I'm seeing red flags one situation with the doc and than some with the front desk. Front desk will NOT answer the phones will let it ring and than hang it up. Will have you stand there waiting even after you tell them what you need. I don't like that I don't deserve that and they don't need their jobs if they don't want to do it. Also I saw one worker showing her gay male friend (non worker) one of the clients medical information on the computer at the front desk.
