Dr. Buggie was my psychiatrist for 8 years and couldn't have been better! He helped me stabilize when I was in a really dark place and worked with me to find the right medication. It's been years since I felt the way I did when I first saw him, and I'm very grateful for all his help. The only reason I stopped seeing him is because I have new insurance and get free mental health services- if that wasn't the case, I'd be staying with Dr. Buggie for sure. 5 stars, can't recommend enough!

I’ve been working with Dr Buggie for 8 years and he’s been wonderful. After reviewing my medication history and going through some talk therapy, he was able to suggest a suitable medication that has been working strong for my generalized anxiety disorder. Thanks Dr Buggie👍

Dr. Buggie is a thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable doctor. He listened to me and was very symptom and relief-focused, which is exactly what I was searching for. Through medication management I was able to experience life-changing results very quickly. Though it was a clinical journey - not therapy, he is compassionate and offered straight-forward advice and insight. He was open and readily available to communicate and was prompt in corresponding with me during my adjustments. Very appreciative of all he's done and highly recommend him!

Brian Buggie is an unethical doctor, he is completely reprehensible, do not go to him, find anybody else

Posting on behalf of a loved one who previously saw Dr. B. The good news is that Dr. B is has good availability if you need to be seen. However, the main reason my loved one stopped seeing him was due to his occasional demeanor. For example, when Dr. B wanted to prescribe a controlled medication, he checked the online system to see when and who had previously prescribed it to my loved one. In this case, my loved one had only been prescribed the medication once before, for pain related to a surgery. Rather than a neutral discussion, Dr. B reacted in an accusatory manner, saying "who's Dr. X?!" and asking many demeaning questions that implied my loved one was doctor shopping for controlled substances. This was unwarranted, as it was a single prior prescription. Another issue was that Dr. B would sometimes spend too much time being overly confident and demonstrating his medical knowledge, rather than focusing on addressing the primary concerns. Overall, Dr. B's clinical practice is about a 6/10. Hopefully this feedback can help him improve his bedside manner and patient-centered approach as he continues developing as a physician.
