Dr. Barry Allen Katzman, DPM

So to be honest this is my first time I am giving a bad review. I feel this necessary to say, That this is so far the most unprofessional office I ever visited. I have call multiple times over the past three week to speak with someone and up to this day I haven’t got throw with anyone. I Been transfer so many time and none ever pick up the phone, and they know who is on the phone they refuse to pick up .when I call right back they put the phone on busy tone , and this happen multiple times. I spoke to someone once before all this happen, over a month period for the first time she told me she call me back and it’s Been 3 weeks I am still waiting. I try calling back and and they put me on hold and the busy tone will come on and that it . If I call back they wouldn’t answer. All we need it’s to get an answer yes or no if the insurance if cover for what we need .so far they can’t do that. The apt is for my daughter, before all this happen they made us come in we waited for one hour for nothing and they told us they need more time for the insurance to approve it, they could have done that over the phone. Lack of communication and respect for their clients.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the procedure before doing it. The staff are also helpful and work with us to get a follow up appointment. I would go again if needed.

Made appointment through Zocdc. Received appointment next day. Dr Katzman was kind promised he would relive my pain and he did. He came in early to my next appointment to accommodate My schedule. Staff is great i would recommend this office

The staff was friendly and Dr. Katzman was comforting.Everyone greeted me with a smile. He listen to all my concern and address them. I love the part where they take picture of u for ur chart. So they have picture, Dob and name address and phone just to make sure it the right patient.Love it Shows more of security to know they have the right patient. The wait was not long. I was in and out even with being a new patient within 45min.

My husband went to Dr. Katzman’s office as a new patient today and just came home raving about how this is the best Dr. and Staff he’s ever been to. He said he’s knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful! All the 5 star reviews were right!!!
