Amazing experience and a very happy patient! Dr. Volker and the team are above and beyond in dental care, technology and customer service. If you are looking for a great dental office, it’s definitely them, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Volker since 2009(!), and I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. I’ve since moved away from Queens, but no matter where I am, I will always make the trip to see him. Dr. Volker combines exceptional skill with a gentle, calming presence (and a great sense of humor) that immediately puts you at ease, even if you usually dread going to the dentist. He’s incredibly thorough, honest, and never pushes unnecessary treatments. His work is meticulous, and I’ve always felt completely confident in his care. It’s rare to find someone so consistently excellent for over a decade, and I feel lucky to be one of his long-time patients. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Dr Volker is an above and beyond dentist. He takes the time to listen and understand the problem. He discusses the possible solutions with the reasonings behind it. He did an excellent job. The office is very clean, and the front desk assistant is professional. Chandra, the dental hygienist, is through, kind, and gentle. I have to say, after a few previous bad experiences, I was hesitant to find an office based on Google Reviews. This dental office is practicing with the highest excellence, and I gladly recommend it to anyone.

I’ve gone to Dr. Volker for a few years now, and I am so impressed. He is so kind, and his hygienists are very thorough. My whole family sees him, including my toddler. He put my son at ease so much and was able to do a full cleaning on his teeth which I didn’t even think would be possible. Dr. Volker really cares about his patients. I send everyone I know to him. His front desk staff is also fantastic. Cannot be beat.
