Arlene Perkins, M.D.

I was sick when I saw her and she actively did not prescribe anything. She actually blew me off when I asked. She said it was probably viral and that she had nothing that would make it go away quickly. I am now worse and had to go to urgent care for the same thing. They prescribed antibiotics.

I love coming to see Dr. Arlene Perkins, she is really advocating about your needs and listens to your concerns. Gem of a person and really attentive as a doctor, I recommended her in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a doctor. The place has also really incredible nurses, techs and assistants.

An amazing PCP that I am grateful to have found years ago. Thoughtful and caring. She genuinely spends time and doesn’t try to rush (this can lead to long waits though). My only reason for 4 stars is that the office staff including the one person available to assist with referrals are usually not as helpful as they could be. Perhaps they need much more training. I’ve dealt with everything from overhearing gossip from reception staff in front of patients about patients, to simple misspellings of my name despite having my insurance card, or simply even requesting referrals you have to spoonfeed staff info like NPIs and other simple details available on google and in addition to the already provided information from the patient. That aside, the medical staff is exceptional from my experience.

Best docror, ive ever had. She is patient and listens , and cater to you needs. She even explains everything to you in detail to make sure you understand what's going on.

Although I felt she was rushing a bit she was good. I think I’ve waited longer than the time I spent with her. But overall was a good experience.
