I had a wonderful experience at this ENT office. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff was incredibly courteous and professional. Dr. Anna Aronzon was thorough, polite, and took the time to really listen. She explained everything clearly, provided helpful recommendations, and even gave me printed material about my condition. At the end of the visit, she made sure all my questions were answered, and her staff had all the promised paperwork and referrals ready. A truly professional and caring team — highly recommended!

What a wonderful doctor and nice practice. Grateful I was able to get in so quickly to see a Dr like Dr. Aronzon. I would expect to wait months to see a Dr with her credentials and she’s terrific. Everyone in the practice was kind and super efficient - and Dr. Aronzon saw me on time, was patient and thorough, did a thorough exam, clearly explained what was going on, and explained and demonstrated what I needed to do to treat it. I left with clarity, a prescription, and peace of mind just 1/2 hr after walking in to their office. So impressed and appreciative.

Dr. Aronzon is very professional, personable, thorough & is very careful not to hurt her patients during any procedures. I highly recommend this doctor & facility. They accommodate all patients & insurance.

One of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen. Was dismissive, insisted I had BPPV despite me not presenting any of the typical symptoms (I have a decade of experience with vestibular issues, none of which were ever BPPV). After the Epley maneuver obviously didn’t work, she said she didn’t know what was wrong and to just take antibiotics. Like the other reviewers said, she was cold, passive, disinterested and clearly wanted to rack up the bill.

Didn’t even see this doctor but had an incredibly frustrating experience booking my appointment that I will not be. They use a call center and I interacted with two, round about agents on two separate days, who couldn’t seem to figure out how to cancel my appointment correctly without being put on hold multiple times and about 10 questions each. Then they had the nerve to tell me I would get charged for a late cancellation when I had in fact called within the grace period, their call center agent just didn’t cancel my appointment correctly. Also this doctor only allots 10 mins to new patients which is not nearly enough time to have a meaningful discussion. Very transactional.
