The wait time is crazy long. No one sitting in the waiting room but yet takes an hr to see the doctor. Horrible wait time!!!!the office itself is out dated and none of the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's like you're just there.

Dr Arapaki is my elderly mother’s doctor and she is absolutely fantastic. She goes above and beyond her basic doctor duties and is a very caring and considerate person. She is kind and thorough. She and her staff are always available. Aging isn’t easy but having a great doctor helps!!

Dr. Arapaki is very caring, intelligent, and wise. Dr. Kaufman, before her, was also a brilliant physician. I have been a patient at this clinic since 1997. Never had a second thought.

Very unprofessional staff.I had to repeat a test because they couldn’t explain why I had a certain drug in my system even after telling them all the medication I take. I had to google it myself because I was sure that my medication were the only things I was taking. They wasted my time without giving me a proper medical reason why my results were like that. Turned out that one of my four medications that I take had a percentage of this specific drug, and I had to find this by myself on google. They left me with no answer for days, made me repeat the test which wasn’t necessary if they had told me in the first time. When I confronted one of the stuff members not only they disregarded me but also I was told “I don’t have time for you” after wasting the patients time this is the treatment that I got, not even a little remorse for leaving me hanging without a professional medical explanation and also making me repeat something that I shouldn’t have.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Arapaki, a primary care doctor, and her office. She showed little concern or attentiveness toward patients, which made what should have been a routine annual appointment feel frustrating and unpleasant. Despite scheduling appointments in advance, the wait times are consistently excessive, with little regard for patients’ time. This year, my appointment was cancelled for the second time, adding to the inconvenience. What made matters worse was the interaction with her associate who called to inform me. She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and impolite. She even tried to speak to me in Russian without confirming my preference, and then, in a demanding tone, insisted that I arrive nearly two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment or face another rescheduling because the doctor “would not be there.” Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for patients’ time make Dr. Arapaki very difficult to recommend.
