Hypnosis And Magic
I've been going to ear doctors for 40 years after a case of swimmers ear as a teen played havoc with my eardrums. Most of the ear doctors I went to, pushed a $750 hearing test, poked around in my ears and then wrote some nonsense in their notes. They did NOTHING TO CLEAR MY EARS! For this service, I paid upwards of $350. and walked out feeling just as bad as I had come in with and with the same congested ears I came in with. Dr. Chen checked out the MRI I came in with, immediately began dislodging some chunks of wax in my ears, cleared the congestion with some procedures I never experienced before, and gave me a regimen of medication at home to clear out my sinuses (which most likely are also affecting my vision). After leaving Dr. Chen's office, I have to admit, I felt better than I did in years. The congestion was gone in my head. I could hear better (because I had to lower the volume levels on my phone and tv at home) and some of my sense of balance returned. For me, a doctor who actually knows what to do when you come in is extremely rare. I'd give him more stars if I could.

I booked an appointment with this doctor because I work in the area and it was convenient.TERRIBLE decision! this was hands down, the WORSE medical experience I ever had in my life. I was literally in tears after I got out. The receptionist was nice, she took my information and all that,When i got in, I was the last patient the doctor was going to see that day. When I sat with the doctor and he asked me what was the problem, I tried to explain to him I just got a cranio-facial surgery and that I was having issues with my voice and my sinus, I tried to explain what was done to me but he didn't let me, he very rudely interrupted me, because he clearly didn't care, and just said (in a very broken English) ''I understand, I understand''. Without no warning he started shoving things down my nose! It really took me by surprise, I've never been to a ENT doctor before so I didn't really know what to expect. after spraying the first solution down my nose, I shifted, naturally it was uncomfortable and I wasn't expecting it at all, he just said, breathe and walked out of the room to the room in from (apparently was his office or something). In the mean time, I took the liberty to take a look at his ''tools'', let me tell you, they were not very organize, It gave me the impression that they weren't very clean neither. He came back and with no warning again, he sprayed something else down my nose, he asked me to blow out my nose, but I told him I couldn't because my surgeon told me not to, of course, he didn't listen to my whole sentence and he just shot out ''just breathe then'' and walked out again. The third time he came in to the room, he grabbed a wire with a light, and no warning again, down my nose all the way to my throat. I started shifting, it was painful and so uncomfortable! he carelessly hold my head with his hand so I couldn't move, IMAGINE! I raised my voice and told him '' don't do that, I told you I just got a surgery on my head, you're hurting me!'' of course, if he had the decency of listening to his patient from the beginning he would know better than grabbing me like that, because that was exactly where my surgeon placed a metal plate. He didn't even apologize. He dismissed me quickly, saying that everything was OK. I got out of there in tears... completely traumatized... I've never been treated this way, he didn't even treated me like a person never mind a patient.

I walked in with 3 days of mild headache and sinus discomfort...Dr. Cheng diagnosed my condition, applied treatment, gave me a prescription, which I filled right at the local corner pharmacy and viola!! 2 hrs later I was back to my old self!
