Andrew Hing Kin Chan, M.D.

Dr. Chan is knowledgeable in his field and actually works dilligently with the patient to treat their conditions. I would caution against previous google reviews in general that offer little justification for their reviews. I'll say that the patient waiting experience can be better, but he does see a high volume of patients.

Honestly, the front desk is too rude, and non efficient. I've never seen a front desk as rude as this lady. When you ask something, she basically tells you that you're an idiot, and in the end she tells you that doesn't know the answer and she's not gonna help you find it out. That's it and don't be surprised if she hangs off when you're still talking.

He’s a good man, but very Chinese in his way of thinking. A bit too traditional and narrow-minded. He believes the modern field of psychiatry is a scam and won’t hesitate to fill up your meetings with his thoughts of such.

Very bad experience. Very rude, very unhelpful. This doctor only serves Chinese patients- and refuses to treat anyone else. Staff are racist and rude. I went there against advice of other Google reviewers as I needed medical care.

I am sure doctor is great. but the front desk especially the person answers the phone are terrible, rude and yell. Bad customer services.
