I’m very happy to be a patience of Dr ARIBARA. He isn’t only giving me the prescriptions of the meds I need, he takes his time to ask how my life is going, he remembers what’s going on in my life and asks me for updates. He’s never in a rush, he takes all the time to understand my situation. I never needed a psychiatrist before and I can say this is my first and great experience. He’s very understanding, never pushing to get more doses and very very professional

I started seeing Dr. Aribara a couple of months ago due to increasing anxiety and significant sleep impairments. From the beginning, I have felt heard and understood, which is especially important to me as I have had difficulty trusting medical providers in the past. While my mistrust hasn’t necessarily extended to psychiatrists, I have unfortunately experienced gaslighting and dismissiveness from other doctors who told me nothing was wrong, when my physical symptoms suggest otherwise. Dr. Aribara and I are still working on finding the right treatment to help alleviate my anxiety and sleep difficulties, but I appreciate his attentiveness and the way he listens to my concerns. Additionally, the responsiveness of the practice has been exceptional. When I needed to meet with Dr. Aribara sooner than my scheduled appointment, they promptly accommodated me and added me to his schedule. That level of care and flexibility makes a significant difference, and I’m grateful for it.
