It was clear he genuinely cared about finding the right solution for my foot issue. The diagnosis was spot-on, and I really appreciated how thorough and clear he was in explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed, and I left with a solid understanding of the treatment plan and next steps. The office was also very welcoming and efficient. Dr. Kim is incredibly professional. He has a gentle and compassionate approach towards his patients. If most doctors had his temperament and attention to their patients, healthcare would be a different world entirely. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff were gossiping and ignored visitors until they good and ready and then looked annoyed they had to work. Their unprofessional attitude thankfully is not common at Optum.

He is kind and speaks Korean well.
