Chun Ming Chen, MD

I’m not sure why Dr. Chen is now pre screening his calls. A medical staff by the name of Johnny asked me for my personal info such as healthcare insurance ID # knowing Dr. Chen is picking patients he wants to see. It is unprofessional for a Dr. Office to take a patient personal info. Dr. Chen accepts my health insurance but he’s telling his medical staff that I need to find another Pain management specialist. I have been Dr. Chen patient for over 10 years. There was never a problem. I requested for Dr. Chen who has my medical records from all my visits through the years. My last visit was a few years ago. It’s a shame that a Dr. Can just abandon his patients out of the blue.
