Played in my daughter's mouth and then when I wanted to make another appointment all of a sudden they don't take my insurance

Very good and knowledgeable doctor. He don’t talks much but he will do his work perfectly 👏🏻. I’m seeing him for almost 7 years. He is the best dentist 👍🏼. Even I missed my appointments, the receptionist always call me and reschedule my kids appointments. Very nice and friendly staff. Glad 😀 I found the good dentist for my kids!

I called for an urgent appointment for my kid and the operator was so rude she told me that u will have to pay for the appointment though I have a valid dental insurance. Reason provided is that we are having first time appointment and they don’t have our information. I couldn’t understand that logic because everyone will have a first time appointment and never ever any clinic or doctors have asked me to pay on first visit when I have a valid insurance. So rude of them, treating money over people’s health.

I feel like every doctor or dentist office is generally nice or treat you with respect these days because they know the power you harness as a patient, in this active social media era with multiple online review flatforms. But this place is exceptional, not only are they amazing with my three year old daughter, they were so helpful to me, specially the front desk reception women, I am not a patient, I was stranded at another doctors office that was unhelpful and she took the time over the phone to help me out, saying call me back if you need further assistance! I was so touched by her unselfish nature, willing to help another individual for no gains at all. Really hard to come by these days specially when they didn’t have to. When you first make an appointment or walk in this place, she’ll say something like I got you and you already feel like they are your family.

I liked this doctor for my kid.
