I was not a great believer in chiropractic treatment - until I was unable to stand up straight or walk without pain one Saturday morning and ended up desperately searching for help not too far away from where I live. Dr. Krieger's seemed to be the only place that was open on Saturday so I just went there, without an appointment. I am so glad I did! Dr; Krieger took a lot of time to assess my problems during that first visit and I have never felt rushed there. Not only was I feeling so much better after two visits, but I have been going there about once a week for several months now and my back is completely pain free and I have hardly any headaches anymore (I used to have headaches a lot, probably, as I know now, caused by tension). It's hard to describe, but if you have had back pain, you will understand what I am saying - every time I leave there, I don't feel my back at all. The first time that happened, I realized that I had spent years in discomfort that I simply seem to have considered normal. Now that it's gone, I realize that that was not normal at all and that there is no reason anyone should put up with pain if there is a way to relieve it (and I avoid taking any kind of medication, since it only masks problems instead of addressing them.) Long story short -- give chiropractic care a try, preferably with this very experienced professional in this very friendly and welcoming office.
