Staff at the front desk was very unprofessional and lacked the understanding that this is a medical facility and all patients should be treated kindly for the simple fact that you may not know the patients circumstances hence the visit to the Cardiologist. The manager told me that she would wave my co-pay fee as a sign of good faith which I was told was illegal by the bill collector after I received a bill, very dishonest and shady characters. With regards to the Doctor and Nurse I had no complaints the office Staff appears to be the issue and I would travel to another Borough before returning to that establishment.

Deeply empathic, brilliant doctor. The front desk may not have been the most pleasant but my experience with all medical staff was that they were kind, fun, informative, and professional. My appointment was at the Brooklyn Hospital Center and not at this location.

Terrible the waiting time is to long came to the office at 11:00 am appointment was for 12:30, did not get seen until 4pm. Terrible something must be done .

Patient was thete from 10:39 a.m.this morning. Its now 3:28 pm still not called
