Unusual experience at sign in - was ignored by busy workers, then I noticed a new (to me) sign-in kiosk and started to try to use it when patient who had just arrived (after I arrived) got workers' immediate attention and was signed in before me. No clue as to why this happened. (I had arrived early for my appointment, but standing for so long was causing some pain in my legs; as they hadn't even asked my name, I don't think workers knew I was early as they were ignoring me.)

The entire staff at Dr. Chiu’s office were terrific. Fathima was friendly, thorough and had such a calming demeanor. Her skill with a needle in the lab was painless and top notch. Dr. Chiu is wonderful. Her knowledgeable manner and the fact that she really seems to listen instills confidence in her ability to help you make your health the very best it can be.
