Dr. Brieann Adair, OD

This lady is totally ridiculous. This is a real review of one of her patients. I will no longer go to another appointment with her. She comes in the room does not say hello and just starts talking. She isn’t even a DOCTOR and she is so full of herself and just a rude person. Her parents should have taught her how to have respect. She speaks at people and not to them. This lady is a horrible example of NYU high standards and customer service. Her reviews are low across multiple platforms. She needs to learn respect courtesy and professionalism.

I should have read the reviews before making the appointment. I waited for a whole two months just to deal with her rude and condescending attitude. She did not introduce herself as the doctor when she entered the room, she went right into yapping non stop. She even scolded me several times for no reason. Her questions are oddly vague. Don’t waste your time or your money. Skip this one. And yes! I saw Adair. Because you are 1/10 that maybe had a pleasant experience does not mean others did! Back off with that nonsense.

HORRIBLE Doctor. Clearly she is there because she has to but not because she wants you. Didn't introduce herself. ZERO eye contact. Didn't ask my name. Was annoyed because I didn't answer one question with one of the options she gave me. I was trying to tell her that one was better but not 100%. I have never been with a doctor like this. Inhumane.

I’m, like, really confused. I’ve been a patient of Dr Adair’s for years. I adore her! I don’t even know the person some of these reviewers are taking about. I hadn’t thought about leaving a review until I saw the negative commentary. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. Other reviewers, are you *sure* you saw Dr Adair?

I appreciate Dr. Adair’s professionalism and manner in addressing my visual field cut and cataract issues. Her team comprises several skilled residents and technicians who perform the pre-exam tests. Everyone along the way listens well. Dr. Adair’s recommendations are well-considered and I find het easy to talk to. I was not rushed by anyone! All my questions answered. Great doctor.
