When I arrived there, the stuff was friendly, professional, and very informative. It was my first time visiting the allergist, Miss Bora Kim and the visit was very pleasant afterwards I went and saw the ears nose and throat doctor and just like the first time I was there the doctor was an EC person to communicate with And that’s always very friendly and professional during my visit. It’s a pleasure to come here this place meets my standards and I’m happy to refer them to my friends and family.

Dr.Kim was on time, efficient, answered all my questions and identified my allergies.

Dr Wasserman and his staff were so helpful and supportive, they explained everything in a very detailed way. They were so friendly with my child so she doesn’t feel scared to be there. I really recommend coming to see him! :)

I have been coming to this ENT location on Francis Blvd for about 2 years. The staff is courteous and location is clean. Definitely recommend this facility.

The most unprofessional Allergist in the world. I called in advance to ask if the doctor would be there and let them know I was running late and they still let me get in a $40 cab to the office for the receptionist to flippantly tell me the doctor just left she's so sorry after I waited on line for a whole 10 minutes for her to just sit there and do nothing she said the doctor left 10 minutes ago. How without walking past me?!?! Completely unprofessional and unbelievable do not go here unless you really have to!
