Benjamin Bedford and the entire team has been fantastic. I unfortunately tore my ACL and meniscus. They take the time to chat with their patients, they listen to the patients needs, they are all professional, and they have made this frustrating healing process so much easier to handle. 10 stars. I saw Dr. Benjamin Bedford for a cyst on my wrist and had a very positive experience. He was on time and worked together with another doctor; both were very professional. He clearly explained my options, including the pros and cons, and answered all my questions. He was able to aspirate the cyst on the spot, which went smoothly. After a few days it’s like nothing ever happened. There were no surprises with insurance or billing. I would definitely go back and would recommend him without hesitation.
