I have a very positive opinion about this clinic and am very thankful to them. I found Asya Benin’s office via Google search while looking for Civil Surgeons for immigration medical exams. A receptionist guided me about the required vaccines and docs to bring by phone call and that was very helpful for me to be prepared for the appointment. The receptionists and medical staff were very friendly and nice during the appointment. The exam went well, quickly and smoothly. The full process was completed in a week. The price for the i-693 report for Oct 2023 is $290 which is a quite good offer. They take cash.

I has been patient of this medical office for a few decades. I am satisfied with its medical service and very thankful to doctors, nurses and medical assistants. All of them highly professional and caring.

The front desk is unprofessional and rude. They don't give you the right answer or if you call the hold time is longer than usual. It needs to get better this is not the right way on how to treat your patients. If you make an appointment don't expect to be seen for the next 2 hours. Not appropriate especially for the elderly. Dr. Benin is a nice doctor and through but the front desk needs adjustment and to show empathy ,compassion and have some etiquette!

I haven’t heard a front desk lady talk to someone so disrespectfully. I accidentally call this doctors office instead of the one next to it. I call them and I’m just being as polite as possible and letting them know why I’m calling. she isn’t even letting me finish cause every two words she wants to cut me off and yell at me and she is trying to talk to me like i just disrespected her and it was literally out of no where. And if I knew it wasn’t the right doctor’s office and tell my reason why I’m calling and all she could’ve said was that I called the wrong office but instead she chose disrespect and interrupt me while I’m talking and have an attitude since she answered the phone.I was being as respectful and polite and right before SHE hung up on me I have told her about her attitude and said she shouldn’t of gotten so rude cause I’m just calling and it was obvious mistake that I called that office instead of next door and I’m trying to make sure I’m going to travel the right doctor and after she finished I had told her about her attitude and how it’s not right that she is talking to me like that because I didn’t do nothing wrong and how she is being so rude and how it’s unprofessional of her to do that especially when someone is just calling to ask a simple question.
