About six months ago, I went to this office. Dr. Wall is an excellent doctor; however, I cannot say the same about the main office and the staff working there. They took a biopsy sample from me and sent it out for testing, but the lab they sent it to does not accept my insurance. As a result, I was sent a bill for $1,200. If my insurance was not accepted, they should have called me and informed me beforehand and asked whether I agreed to proceed, knowing that it would result in a $1,200 charge. Later, they scheduled me for an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. For the past two weeks, I have been calling the main office to ask how much I would need to pay out of pocket in addition to what my insurance covers. They keep telling me that they will call me back, but they never do. I also spoke with the office manager, who told me they would get back to me, but I never received a call. Dr. Wall is a great doctor, and I give him a rating of 5, but I give this office a rating of 0.

★☆☆☆☆ I visited this gastroenterology clinic with moderate expectations. The doctor was professional, and despite a lengthy wait, the procedure was well-executed and the treatment proved effective. However, the financial experience turned into a nightmare. Initially, I paid $900 out-of-pocket due to a high insurance deductible. Shockingly, I later received a bill for an additional $5,000, along with several unforeseen charges. Although I had already paid for the treatment, the clinic unnecessarily involved my insurance, leading to further complications. They then demanded an extra $1000 from me, post write-offs. It was only after I threatened to report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that they reluctantly waived the large bill. But the issues didn't end there. I'm currently grappling with an unexplained $340 laboratory bill, a cost never mentioned initially. Reaching out for clarification has been futile. Calls and emails remain unanswered, particularly by the manager, Inna, who seems to make a habit of ignoring client concerns. It’s disheartening to note that patients not covered by 'free' insurances like Fidelis or Medicare seem to be excessively charged. This experience has left a bitter taste, overshadowing the medical success. I advise potential patients to be wary of the financial pitfalls at this clinic.

They answer the phone at reception terribly rudely. I can’t say anything about the doctor, since I didn’t make an appointment with him. There’s a rude girl at the reception, I needed someone who understands Russian to make an appointment. But the Russian-speaking girl doesn’t communicate professionally, you can’t really ask her a question. I’m asking : What kind of blood test should I bring? The answer was simply rude to my question. I canceled my apoitment without ever coming to this clinic. I can imagine what would have happened if I had come and I would have had questions about my health there.

I had an appointment with Dr Horowitz for a colonoscopy here on 9.5.2024 & the whole experience was very positive. The staff is very good & was very courteous in answering my questions & concerns. DR HOROWITZ & his staff handled the procedure with great professionalism & caring. Colonoscopys can be pretty rough but they were wonderful & I thank them. 💙🩵💙🩵💙🩵

Going to this doctor for 20 years did multiple procedures and I don’t know what happened for the last three months they keep on rescheduling me. I explaining that I am in the pain and a few days before I am scheduled for my appointment, they called to reschedule me. After I again complained I’m in pain and please give me the earliest possible appointment. They decided to give me telephone numbers to other gastroenterologist. Don’t waste your time. Do yourself a favor and go to a different doctor!
