Dr. Allen is so caring and thorough. He always takes time to explain what’s going on for me, and is really responsive when I have questions. He’s helped me manage both my migraines and small fiber neuropathy proactively and with genuine care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for a few months now after being referred by my general practitioner, and I feel very well cared for. Even with his busy schedule, I always have the sense that he’ll make time to see me if something urgent comes up. During appointments, he’s calm, attentive, and gives me the space to express all my concerns without feeling rushed. I especially appreciate that he writes down notes for me to refer back to later, and the medication plan he developed with me has been very effective. I truly feel supported under his care.

Dr Allen took my appointment last minutes which I appreciated bc it was time sensitive. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and got back to me immediately once he got received my results. He made my experience as pleasant as it could be. You will be in good hands.

I was not comfortable with proceeding with my first opinion treatment method and decided to branch out and found Dr. Allen. His next appt was 3 months out and he managed to see me within a week based on persistence and referrals. Going into the appt scared to what he would say. I’m happy to report he spent an hour with me listening to my story and going through various options with me. Giving me HOPE!!! He made me feel so comfortable and looking forward to continuing to work with him until I feel better under his care.

Good Morning all, I will like to begin saying that yesterday July 16 saw the neurologist from NYU Allen , Alexander . It left the place pleased with the visit . He checked few things for my situation and went beyond from checking ; asked couple of questions and amazing bedside manners too. Educated , knowledgeable , professional as it’s best . Wil definitely referred to others . I was pleased he was young and with so much knowledlge. Even the staff on this location 555 Madison were amazing and the phlebotomists just perfect as well. People don’t hesitate and make and appt with him .
