Dr. Alex Anatone is the very best. My husband had a hip revision on hip replacement done by a different doctor. Not only did he explain everything with detail from the start, he is a skilled doctor, who is compassionate, and has great communication skills. He even calls you on a Sunday to let you know his plan for surgery. Throughout my husband's time under his care we both felt like we were in good hands. His hip feels great and we are incredibly fortunate to have had Dr. Anatone as our doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!! p.s. He has a great staff too. Very understanding and accommodating.

I recently had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Anatone, and I cannot say enough positive things about my entire experience—from the initial consultation to the follow-up visits. Dr. Anatone took the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure, what to expect during recovery, and answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. It was clear from our first meeting that he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in helping them regain their mobility and quality of life. The office staff deserves special praise as well. From the front desk to the nursing team, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make scheduling, paperwork, and post-op communication easy and stress-free. I always felt that my concerns were heard and that I was treated as a valued individual, not just another patient. Thanks to Dr. Anatone and his incredible team, my surgery and recovery have gone better than I ever imagined. I am beginning to walk comfortably for the first time in years, am gaining strength every day, and I am truly grateful to have been in such capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Anatone and the entire practice to anyone considering joint replacement surgery — their expertise, kindness, and personal care made all the difference.

Dr. Anatone is an amazing surgeon. He is smart, kind, talented…and more. I contacted his office after my original surgeon had a family emergency. Dr Anatone stepped up. My surgery was the same day as my original date. He was so caring. His office staff is just as kind and caring. When choosing a doctor at HSS you know that they are all the best of the best. Dr Alex Anatone fits right in with the rest of the wonderful hospital staff. I had my revision knee surgery yesterday at 6pm. I stayed one night. Got fantastic care all night long. I was discharged at noon today. This was my third knee surgery at HSS. Switching doctors 6 days before surgery is a risk. One that was meant to be! Thank you Dr Anatone and Sadasia.

I recently underwent full hip replacement surgery and can't speak highly enough about Dr. Anatone and his team. From the time it was decided to pursue surgery, his office staff, specifically Sadasia Romaine-Askew, handled the scheduling of all pre-op appointments with ease as well as efficiently navigated the complex health insurance approval process. Two weeks post op, I could not be more pleased with the results. The recovery process was much quicker than expected. Had a few questions post op and calls from the Dr. were returned very quickly. I am back do doing almost all of what I was able to do prior to the onset of my hip ailment and can only imagine how I'll feel two weeks from now. The results suggest that Dr. Anatone is a highly skilled surgeon and I thank him for the care and compassion he provided along the way. Highly recommend Dr. Anatone for hip replacement surgery.

After seeing the extensive list of Dr. Anatone’s modalities, I scheduled a consult with Dr. Anatone via the HSS website. After scheduling my appointment, I received a phone call from Dasia at Dr. Anatone’s office. She was extremely curt and canceled my appointment, stating that the doctor would only see me if I required surgery. Apparently this practice is more about the money than patient care.
