Horrible administration. I had an appointment last week which I took the day off for. I call 2 hours before my appt to confirm since no one had called me. The receptionist then says the doctor is actually doing a surgery today and won’t be able to see me. I was upset that no one called to tell me this. She then starts asking me for my insurance and personal information which I had already had given the first day I called to make the appt. They did not save my information. She gives me another appt for today. I’m calling to confirm that they are at the office since they did this to me last time. I call and call and get no answer. Don’t waste your time making an appointment here. They are unorganized, do not respect your time, and don’t call to let you know the doctor can’t see you.

These people are not very professional they do not know about customer service worst OBGYN office I've been to what ashame they do not like to work bad personnel.

Appointment never run on time. Long wait time. No confirmations of appointments.
