Dr. Berkeley has been an integral part of my fertility journey, and I am deeply grateful for his expertise, knowledge, and straightforward approach. From the beginning, I knew I could trust him to be transparent and direct with me, which was one of my top expectations in a fertility specialist. Dr. Berkeley's ability to adjust my treatment based on my unique needs and challenges was invaluable. His keen observations led him to discover an issue that had previously gone unnoticed. Following his advice, I underwent a karyotype test, revealing my very slim chances of having an euploid embryo. Dr. Berkeley's vast experience and research allowed him to provide me with a clear understanding of my situation, even when it was difficult news to process. Throughout my journey, I underwent four IVF cycles, and against all odds, a miracle occurred – I had one euploid embryo. Now, I am the proud mother of a healthy baby boy. It is a testament to Dr. Berkeley's skill and dedication that I was able to achieve this remarkable outcome. While it is true that you may not meet with Dr. Berkeley in person frequently, I found that scheduling virtual consultations allowed me to discuss my condition, chances of conceiving, and other options with him directly. Although his straightforward attitude may not be for everyone, I truly appreciated his candor. In conclusion, if you seek an expert who can adapt to your unique needs, provide knowledgeable guidance, and remain transparent throughout your IVF journey, I highly recommend Dr. Berkeley. However, if you prefer a more gentle approach and have difficulty with direct communication, you may want to consider another doctor. For me, Dr. Berkeley was the perfect fit, and I am forever grateful for his role in helping me create my little miracle.

Dr Berkeley is never there. The nurses are very nice, but they make the decisions on how to proceed. They lie ALOT. The nurses are not doctors. I just wish Berkeley paid attention to his patients charts weekly. Some clients need prior surgeries, and it’s not good at all if the DOCTOR doesn’t keep up on her. unnecessary tests because they ( forgot or aren’t reading her chart ) or missing pieces in the med package that wasn’t addressed on their end.

Dr. Berkeley is a super nice and knowledgable doctor. He always listened to my concerns and brought up solutions based on facts. He was easy to reach out with the help of his assistant. But you have to make appointment at least a week before if you want to meet him in person, as he seems very busy. I truly appreciate his help.

I was referred to this doctor by a friend of mine. When I called to schedule my first appontment his secretary said Dr. Berkeley was not taking any new patients that identified as part of the LGBTQ community. Is this even legal in New York? Never felt this discriminated before.

I don't know how to address Dr. Alan Berkeley and his staff. From the first day I contacted his office, his secretary, Nury, answered the phone. She was incredibly kind and always available to help, especially since I don't speak English. She and the nurses are excellent, and I'm so grateful for their help despite my limited English. The doctor even found a translator, and it was excellent. I'm still in the two-week wait... they work quickly.
