I brought my son here after another dentist referred us to a pediatric specialist because he was too nervous to cooperate for fillings. He’s usually really scared of dental visits but the doctor at yellow bear was was amazing with him—she took her time, explained everything step by step, and was incredibly patient and gentle, which really helped calm his nerves. They also offer laughing gas, which I liked. So glad we found this office—highly recommend for kids!

Shockingly unprofessional, dirty, and disorganized I haven't visited this office with my daughter in a long time, and I was appalled by the decline in quality. Upon entering, the professionalism was non-existent; three employees at the front desk were jamming to loud hip-hop music and chatting instead of managing the office. The facility itself was a mess—the floors in the main area clearly needed sweeping, and there was debris strung about on the floor of the exam room. ​The actual appointment was even worse. The TV in the exam room was blaring so loudly we couldn't hear ourselves speak and had to turn it down ourselves. The dentist/hygienist had to work alone for most of the procedure, and the water reservoir for the cleaning machine was empty. He had to stop and ask three times for it to be filled while my daughter sat there with her mouth wide open. ​When I expressed my concerns to the doctor, he deflected and told me to speak to the front desk. When I spoke to the Office Manager, Stacey, her only excuse was that the staff member was "new." That is a failure of management and training, not an excuse for poor hygiene and service. Unsatisfactory experience from start to finish.
