The receptionist needs to be trained about HIPPPA violations and basic front desk professionalism. You do not ask personal health questions at the front desk especially when there are other patients literally seated 1 foot away from the reception desk. Medical questions should be answered in the back by the doctor, she was supposed to allow me to speak to medical staff or the doctor. She literally violated my patient privacy. She should have known better because she has been there for years. The medical assistant in the back is OK . I use to love the doctor because she use to give a through check up but not anymore. I literally was with her for 2 minutes and I basically told her what to do, im not sure if she was hungry, tired or just burnt out. Miss the way she was years ago :( My star is for the receptionist.
