Been here since I was 5. Loved waiting hours even with an appointment, watching the receptionists yell at people to sit down, using their bathrooms even though they don’t hire a janitor, I could go on. Well, what can they do when the clinic runs on 1 doctor, 0 nurses, and 2 “helpers”. It’s better now then in the past, the receptionists are experienced now and also paid 60/hour currently, almost all the employees having worked here for 20+ years. All the janlian clinics are like this, skeleton crews saving as much money as possible by not hiring and spending zero on upgrades. The business model is crazy good, farming Medicaid from the Chinese community for decades, owner is making millions every year .Nowadays there are plenty of Chinese clinic options in the area so this clinic isn’t packed anymore.

I really like my PCP but this office is such a mess. I have been coming here for a long time and it's always the same problems. Having an appointment is useless since you end up waiting at least 1-2 hours or more to see anybody. They probably overbook their patients hence long wait time. It's always a bit crowded in the wait area since everybody has been waiting for hours. I don't find the receptionists particularly rude, just very blunt to dismiss people. Not sure how this place is organized, but it's always a long wait to see the medical assistant let alone the doctor. Don't ask for appts in the afternoon(12-2pm) because they all go on lunch break (which they don't tell you obviously) and you end up sitting in the wait area forever. There are so many providers available in the area, just go somewhere else if you need medical attention.
