The men that live here have set up a mini meeting spot outside of my building next to my very elderly neighbor's window. They show up as early as 7am and don't leave until very late 8n the evening. They play loud music, do drugs, and drink. I get that people need a place to gather, but this is wrong!!! They leave garbage and have recently added a grill. (Which is a fire hazzard) The folks on that side can't even open their windows as these guys are right outside. They urinate right in plane sight, so again, if a resident wants to open their window, they're hit with the smell of urine. The facility really needs to do a better job of helping the community to combat this problem.

The residents of this shelter are being an inconvenience to the neighborhood and its residents, and the workers don’t do anything about it. It’s time to call the cops.
