Dr. Chakote was very easy to talk to, and I truly felt heard during my visit. He has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel confident that he will help me reach my health goals. I never felt rushed and felt I had a good amount of time with him, which made a big difference. Medically, I also had a fabulous experience with the office staff. Fabi, Thai, and Kai were all knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Even though the office was busy, they took the time to answer my questions and provide the information I needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I felt genuinely listened to and cared for.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The receptionist/office manager was dismissive, short-tempered, and disrespectful. Not worth your time or money to go here at all.
