I wish I could give a good review because my initial experience was great. However, I am getting 0 responses from the care team through the portal and emails. They are withholding critical information that I need for care in violation of HIPAA. Quick to contact me to schedule a surgery I hadn’t decided on but not providing the actual care I asked.
