Westchester Square Emergency Physicians

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at an emergency room. I’ve never posted a review before and this was so bad I had to post my first review. From staff that doesn’t know what they are doing, to the hospital it self looking disgusting and unsanitary, underpaying staff so now they are complaining and don’t feel like doing work. Long wait times. But the last straw was when I had to change my baby. No family bathroom or changing table in a hospital. At that point this place is not here to serve the community at all. They need to shut this place down.

Horrible experience all due to an unprofessional PA. I went to Montefiore with severe hand pain unable to move without pain, the women who checked me in and took my vitals were extremely nice and caring. However, once I was being evaluated by the PA Tehreema Elahi that all I changed. First, I chose Montefiore because I have been there before and was always treated with respect and care. When Ms. Elahi found out I had no insurance my visit was basically OVER. After a rude look she prescribed medication gave me hand splints and discharged me, all without even evaluating me. I was in the room for all about 5 minutes and left with as many answers as I walked in with.
