I had a great experience with the technician Jonathan B. He was professional, courteous and compassionate. The cleanliness of the facility was a 5 out of 5. My actual encounter with the doctor was pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend this facility and would come back.

I’ve been here so many times and always have a great experience.The staff here consistently go above and beyond. The receptionist Solanyi is incredibly kind and helpful. I really appreciate how she took the time to assist me and made sure that everything was handled smoothly despite me having insurance complications. Her professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and allowed me to receive services here when I was going through an asthma flare-up. Stephanie, the nurse, was also amazing. She made me feel heard and validated. She was never dismissive and brought such a warm, comforting energy to the visit. We truly need more healthcare professionals like her! Dr. Awuah was also attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I’m very grateful for the care I received here and highly recommend this location.

Today, the PCA and MA, Solanyi, were professional, thorough, and patient—even giving me bathroom instructions, and I still got lost! Unfortunately, the NP provider, Diane, was disappointing. I waited an hour to be called back and another 20 minutes while she engaged in personal conversations, despite knowing I was ready in room #3. She did not introduce herself, and I was not seen before testing was done. She provided little explanation of the plan of care, could not clarify who would follow up, and cited seeing “70 patients a day,” which was irrelevant. This reflected poor communication, lack of continuity of care, and disregard for my time.

I was absolutely impressed with this Urgent Care. You have top notch staff from the check in desk, medical assistants, NP. Fantastic professionals who take the time to be polite, caring and explain everything thoroughly. One of the best urgent cares I have been to in the Bronx! I went for a follow up after battling Flu and Strep and also got a drug screening done for my new job. Thank you for everything to everyone that took care of me yesterday. A special thank you to NP Diane Pollack. She is wonderful ❤️

Jonathan aka Bori is the BEST. He always treats the patients with empathy and care. The team specifically Stephanie, Julissa, and Diane the provider is AMAZING. I know that my family is always in good hands, when they are there.
