The staff was very professional, kind, and courteous. My intake was very swift, and paperwork was done in a timely fashion. My name was called to do my x-rays. That was the purpose of me being there and that it was also very quick. When done the images were sent directly to my doctor, and I also asked for a CD and I was given one. The time spent in the office totally was about forty minutes, which I think was great for a walk-in facility. That was remarkable, and l would recommend them.

I always have great customer service at NJIN! The ladies at the front desk were kind, courteous, and helpful. The facility is very clean and orderly in appearance (the restroom as well). It's hard to predict what a "wait time" will be - but mine wasn't anything too crazy. Unless you're on a very tight schedule - most people don't mind occupying themselves with their 📱 to past the time away anyway, lol. Plus they have a seated area near the exit which is separate from the interior waiting room area - but convenient to wait for a Lyft, Uber, etc.
