This is by far the most incompetent medical practice we’ve dealt with. My wife’s appointments were repeatedly scheduled incorrectly and then canceled without explanation. She went 4–6 weeks without an ultrasound, only for the office to suddenly label her a high-risk patient—which makes the prior delays even more alarming. Despite the “high-risk” designation, the same chaos continued: more canceled appointments, repeated administrative errors, and urgent messages that were never returned. No follow-up calls, no accountability, and no concern for the stress this caused. The staff appears either completely untrained or indifferent. When a practice can’t manage basic scheduling or return urgent calls, it becomes a patient safety issue—not just an inconvenience. We are transferring care elsewhere and strongly recommend others do the same. Practices affiliated with Westchester Medical Center have significantly better reviews, communication, and standards of care. Avoid this office unless you are prepared to constantly chase them for care you should already be receiving.
