The MRI procedure was fine. Had no issues. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the help I received from Marisa. I needed a disc copy of my images ASAP for a procedure I am having done this morning. I called when they opened and told her the situation. When I got there rather than having to fill out forms and such first and then they make the disc, it was there waiting for me! While that doesn’t sound amazing it was for me given my interactions with many healthcare professionals. It saved my critical time and helped me relax a bit before my procedure this morning.

Expecting the worst, I had a textbook perfect experience for my bone density test. Front desk cordial. Amy, who administered test, was considerate, friendly and attentive.
