I made an appointment here to get a finger x-ray, arriving 10min early. First red flag should have been when they said it was "first come first serve" despite me having been given an appointment time. I sat waiting with my completed forms for 30 min, and noticed that people who sat down after me were getting called but not me. When I inquired about when I'd be seen, as I had an important call 1.5 hr after my appointment time that I needed to leave time for, the desk lady said I would be next. Well, I was NOT called next. In fact, the man who saw me inquire and decided to ask for himself as well got called next, even though he sat down after I had arrived and had been waiting for approximately the same time. At that point, the desk took down my insurance card and ID and then I waited ANOTHER 30min (60min total) until I could not wait any longer. I had to leave without being x-ray'd, and when I told the other (much less welcoming) desk lady I had waited an hour, had another commitment and could not wait any longer, and if I could reschedule to later that day, she said "Just come in by 6pm". After my very long work day, taking time out of my day to try and get a simple x-ray done, and the clearly disorganized scheduling / appointment system, I decided to not go back. I will find another place to get my x-ray done. I gave it 1 star because at least the woman who took my insurance info was friendly, and Google doesn't allow 0 star reviews. Don't waste your time here unless you want to be similarly disappointed and frustrated. Customer service was also horrible as they didn't communicate at all, did not notify me they were running behind, and one of the desk ladies was not at all welcoming or friendly and talked to you like she was annoyed you were there.
